  Agile Project Management in theory and practice
  During a long period of time, the scholars and practitioners searched for the improvement of traditional methods of management. These efforts can be explained by the necessity to develop a new product in a more flexible way and adapted to the project environment of high uncertainty. Of course, Agile Project Management could become such remedy; however, its successful adoption is noticed mainly in software development industry. As to other industries and projects empirical studies on the agile methods application are limited (Conforto, 2014) . The objective of the present Literature Overview is to discover theoretical basis of the issue and observe practical application of the concept.
  
  Chapter 1. Fundamentals of Agile Project Management
  This Chapter is devoted to the roots of agile concept, its methods and Agile Project Management which was reasonable continuation of agility progress. Due to the fact that agile methodologies are more often used in software development industry, consideration of the methodologies will be conducted through the prism of this area. The same can be said about comparison of Agile and Traditional Project Management. This Chapter will give general understanding of the considered issue.
