  Introduction
  The HIV epidemic not only affects the health of individuals, but also households, communities, development and economic growth of nations. According to UNAIDS, in the end of 2015 there were approximately 36.7 million people living with HIV/AIDS worldwide. 1.8 million of them (5%) were children under 15 y.o.
  This serious problem which leads to high level of mortality is logically connected with the necessity to prevent epidemic. In Russia, the same as in other countries, for this purpose such prevention systems as healthcare system, education system, family socialization, mass-media, etc. exist. For providing of their work, on the one hand, correspondent infrastructure (AIDS centers, doctors’ offices, offices of psychological consulting and testing including anonymous) is created, on the other hand, different actors like the state, representatives of science and educational circles, international organizations, grants recipients, NGOs and infected people work. In the conditions of huge mechanism action one more moment is important in HIV prevention question. It is the internal readiness and motivation of young people for testing as prevention.
  Based on the relevance of the topic this study will review and examine the existing infrastructure for HIV/AIDS prevention and care for youth in Russia as well as the strengths sides and challenges for HIV epidemic in the area, detect existing barriers and motivation among youth for testing. After literature review we suppose that the system of prevention consists of two sides which are infrastructure and individuals. Though it is rather simple approach it gives the possibility to acknowledge that the result depends not only on existing institutional resources but also on the decisions and will of individuals. Therefore, the research question is the following: ‘What is the ratio of objective (infrastructural) and subjective barriers and motives to take a test among young people in Russian Federation?’

  1. HIV/AIDS global trends observation
  This chapter is devoted to analysis of the efforts in the field of HIV / AIDS prevention made globally and in Russia. It will give the possibility to decide the objective to study global trends in HIV/AIDS prevention, including experience of Russia. As a result, it will give the answers about global organizations involved in the problem decision, state of the problem in Russia and peculiarities of infrastructure which help to overcome it.
  
  1.1. HIV/AIDS prevention measures globally
  The fact that HIV and AIDS are the threat of the modern society is confirmed by the fact that it is considers on the highest international level – the level of global organizations such as United Nations, World Health Organization, etc.
  United Nations Organization pays much attention to the problem both through its bodies and their special program devoted to fight against HIV/AIDS called UNAIDS (2017). The deposit of this international institute can be represented by the following levels (Gorlinskiy, 2008):
